Common Questions
1. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Nope! Most of our clients aren't home. We're happy to work with your schedule. We'll text when we arrive and when we're done, and we lock up securely before we leave.
2. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all the supplies and equipment needed. However, for sanitary reasons, we do prefer that clients have their own toilet brush available (even though we keep ours well-sanitized). We're also happy to use your vacuum upon request if you prefer that.
3. What if I have pets?
We love pets! Just secure them in a separate room, crate, or outside while we work (for their safety and ours). We're careful around pet areas and won't judge the occasional accident - we'll just clean it up. If your pet is friendly and can roam, just let us know!
4. Do I need to clean before you arrive?
Not at all! We've seen it all. Just clear counters and surfaces if possible (so we can actually clean them), and secure any fragile or valuable items you'd prefer we don't touch. Everything else is on us.
