Booking + Payments

  • You can easily book online by selecting your service details and preferred date on our website. If you’d rather connect with us directly, feel free to call or text us at (214) 585-5402 and we’ll gladly guide you through the process.

  • Most clients receive transparent pricing instantly through our online booking system. For larger homes or unique needs, we may recommend a quick consultation or a walkthrough.

  • We operate as a cashless company for the safety and convenience of our team and clients. We securely accept all major credit and debit cards, and payment is automatically processed after your service is completed.

  • No long-term contracts are required. Many of our clients prefer ongoing service for consistency and priority scheduling. Should you wish to adjust your cleaning frequency, we kindly ask for at least two weeks’ notice so we can update your pricing and ensure a smooth scheduling transition.

  • Recurring home care typically begins at $180–$220 per visit depending on home size and frequency. We intentionally price our services to reflect consistent, detail-driven care.

  • Our recurring home care is designed to maintain a consistently beautiful and refreshed space. Each visit includes detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, with careful attention to high touch surfaces and finishing touches.   • Recurring service maintains a home that is already regularly cared for and focuses on consistency and presentation. Deep Reset is a more comprehensive top to bottom refresh, ideal for first visits, seasonal resets or preparing your home for ongoing recurring service.

  • Yes. We provide professional, eco-friendly products and equipment for every visit.

  • We prioritize gentle, eco-conscious products designed to maintain a healthy and calm home environment.

  • Yes. Every team member is professionally vetted, background checked and insured.

  • We value the relationship and familiarity that grows between you and your cleaner, so we strive to keep a consistent team assigned to your home. While occasional changes may occur due to scheduling or availability, every team member is thoroughly vetted and trained to deliver the same level of thoughtful care.

  • Not at all. Many clients provide secure access and return to a fresh and clean home!

Service Policies

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within 48 hours are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee, and cancellations within 24 hours incur a $50 late fee. Same-day cancellations, lockouts or cancellations after dispatch are charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. For recurring clients, skipped visits without rescheduling may result in the next appointment being adjusted to a one-time rate due to increased cleaning needs.

  • Your experience matters. If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly come back to make it right.

  • We currently serve select North Dallas neighborhoods and intentionally expand in limited phases. Stay tuned… Bloom may be coming to your area soon!

  • We intentionally limit the number of homes we service each week to maintain our standards. Our approach focuses on consistency, communication and thoughtful detail rather than volume.
